Zucchini Chicken Noodle Soup
I made this soup when I was last sick.
2 cubes of chicken boullion
1 zucchini
4 oz of linguinni
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of basil.
salt & peppar to taste
take 2 cups of of water and boil linguinni with boullion until tender. While boiling shred zucchini. Chop garlic (I use a miniprep chopper). Once noodles are tender add garlic squash and spices. Simmer for 1 minute then serve.
Garlic and spices are suposed to be pungent for they aide in the healing process if you are sick. If you are not sick but just a frozen block of ice the garlic will unthaw you.

I never really knew that I liked zucchini until I went to a hibatchi restaurant. I'll have to try the recipe!
